28 weeks pregnant and the hottest day of the year

So, summer has arrived. Today it was 95 degrees and like 80% humidity which means that it felt like it was over 100! Nightmare for the person who turned 7 months pregnant today :) Maddie and I stayed indoors as much as we could and we only took 1 walk around the neighborhood only to return to our house sweating buckets. Not my idea of fun. So, I thought I'd include some pic's of the growing tummy for those of you far away. Definitely getting bigger. Gracie kicks just as much as Maddie ever did and funny enough, she does it at the same times Maddie did; for example, every night at 10pm, she's definitely awake. This week I have a dr.'s appt. on Tuesday and they will do the routine to test they do to check if I have gestational diabetes. Didn't have it with Maddie and hopefully I don't have it this time. I'll keep you posted. Hopefully you're enjoying your weekend somewhere a bit cooler than here :)

Hello there :) You're looking wonderful. I'm sorry you had that scare (I'm just reading back through the blog). Trust me having been there it's definitely not a fun experience and I'm thrilled that everything is alright. As for us we're home and loving being home. I can't wait for you and Maddie to come by and visit-neither can Aibha. I think she's suffering from withdrawal. Hopefully we'll get back into routine soon enough and she'll be happy again. Give me a call and we can catch up. Take care and REST!!! xx Siobhan, Aibha and Aisling.

Yeah, I'm so glad to hear from you. I'm glad you're home and resting and I think that maybe on Thursday Maddie and I can come visit and meet Aisling? We'll talk and you can let me know. You keep resting too :)

Thanks Mom. I think I look a little tired in those pic's but I suppose thats to be expected. Siobhan and I and our "girls" will be quite a site when we're out and about on our little adventures :)
